PayPal Load Option

If you have a PayPal Cash Balance, or a bank account linked to your PayPal Account, Express Checkout is simple and fast! 

If you receive an error message “Sorry something went wrong” it means you don’t have a bank account linked to your PayPal. Open PayPal Settings (in the app or a new browser), go to Banks and Cards to confirm you don’t have a bank account linked - you should see this list includes the “bank” icon. If you do not see a “bank” icon - see the next step. 

PayPal policy requires you to have a PayPal balance or a bank account linked to order a Lottery ticket (not just a debit or credit card linked to your bank). If your bank account is not already linked, you will need to use your banking credentials in PayPal to directly link your bank account (ACH) using Plaid - their bank account integration
